Hydraulic Flow Control Valve

Hydraulic Flow Control Valve

The series of flow control valves comprises flow control, pressure-compensated flow regulators, flow divider/combiners, needle valves, and more. Positive-blocking, linear-regulatory flow control valves are available for models with flows up to 129 lpm (34 gpm). To achieve positive-blocking and linear control, the needle valve offers manual override choices, and it can give models with flows of up to 113 lpm (30 gpm). A pressure-compensated flow regulator enables precise control of flow rates from zero to a maximum of 80 lpm (21 gpm). No matter what the system's working pressure is, a flow diverter or combiner can keep the flow circuit percentage constant. Models with flows of up to 150 lpm (40 gpm) are available from it.

How Does A Hydraulic Flow Control Valve Work?

How Does A Hydraulic Flow Control Valve Work?

Hydraulic flow control valves typically consist of a valve body, a flow control element (such as a spool or orifice), and a control mechanism (such as a knob, lever, or solenoid). The control mechanism is used to adjust the position of the flow control element, which in turn regulates the size of the flow passage and thus the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid.

It's important to note that the specific operation and design of a hydraulic flow control valve can vary depending on its type and configuration. Different types of flow control valves, such as hydraulic needle valves, throttle valves, or proportional flow control valves, may employ different principles or mechanisms to achieve flow regulation.
